Mommy Wow, I'm a big boy now!!!

Last week Robbie started potty training.  It has become quite the family event.  We are all spending a lot of time in the bathroom.  Everytime he sits on the potty, he, Kaylynn and Elayna all get to put a sticker on their charts.  When he goes pee pee, they all get a gummy bear. When he goes poop, they all get a chocolate.  By the end of the first day I was wondering why, why, why???  The 2nd day he had only 2 accidents.  By the end of the week he was getting tired of it and refusing to go.  Saturday he had a lot of accidents.  Yesterday he pooped on the potty on his own.  Today he has gone on his own a number of times.  I am pretty excited.  When he goes a whole day without an accident (we put him in a diaper for church)  he'll get a fun little prize.  Big boy undies and some super incentives and Robbies on his way to developing a fundamentally important life skill.

Back porch swing on a beautiful March day

Swing, Swing, Swing

The swings in the backyard.  Brandon raised the tire swing so the kids feet don't drag in the dirt.
It was a beautiful day on Saturday.  We spent a lot of time outside.  We all got a little sun kissed.
We're loving all this sunshine.

A great day for basketball

Shaving Cream Cuties

A friend of mine told me about this.  The kids had so much fun.  You just put some shaving cream on the table and let them play with it.  We drew shapes, numbers, our names.  I would use less cream next time. It really foams up.  They smelled really nice, too.

Cheerios

The kids got hungry.  They poured a bag of multigrain cheerios on the floor and were eating them off the ground.  So glad I got up before they decided to get the milk.

Gun Control???

I'm pretty sure she's got this under control
She wanted to play airguns with Uncle Dee and Dad
They were afraid, very afraid...

My baby loves

Wowwwwww

Wow, I can't believe how quickly time flies by.  It has been about 2 years since I last posted to our blog.  So much has happened.  I'm not even going to try to fill in all the gaps.  I'll just give somewhat of an overview and go from there.  So, big events of the last 2 years...

-  Elayna Marie Wilson was born a beautiful and healthy baby back in June of 2011.
-  Robert walks, talks and will be starting with potty training next week (got the briefs, the stickers, the prizes and the sol-u-mel).
-  Kaylynn is a super huge helper and at the stage where she wants to be independent, but still wants mom there for reinforcement.
-  Elayna is a mover and a conservitive shaker.
-  Cindy is teaching at an ESL Montisouri school in Anchorage and doing really well.
-  We moved from Alaska back to our hometown of  Delta, UT in October 2012 (something we hadn't planned, but it has been good).
-  Our kids are healthy and happy and so much fun.
-  Brandon and Amanda both ran a half-marathon in June of 2012.

I'm trying to think of more things...  Two years have been very full and busy, I don't have too much coming to mind right now.  It sufficeth to say that I still love being a mom.  My kids and husband are my life and loves, and at times my greatest aggrivations.  That's life.  My goal for now is to fully enjoy our family where we are and improve myself for the future.  With that said, or written, I need to get up and exercise, then play with my kids and make some dinner.  Mmmm, enhiladas anyone?

Maybe I'll post a picture first.
